• Tenders are invited for Full Operation, Maintenance and Repairs of the Air-Conditioning including All Spare Parts for the Services of Air-Conditioning and Their Accessories at the Locations of the Ministry. Documents price - KD 1000 Bid bond KD 23,000 A pre-tendering meeting/ inquiry session will be held on Sunday, 11.06.2023 at the General Services Department at the building of the Technical Workshops in Keefan behind the Keefan Telephone Building. The closing time for submitting the offers on the closing date is 1:00 p.m. The tender documents will be published on the portal of the Public Agency for Public Tenders for information before purchasing the tender documents. The purchase price is not refundable.  This tender is undividable.  The tenderer should attach a certificate to whom it may concern issued by the Manpower Public Authority stating that the file of the tenderer in respect of government contracts is not suspended at the Manpower Public Authority. The offer will be disqualified if this certificate is not attached thereto.  The tender price is payable by certified cheque or K-Net.  Enquiries may be submitted to the concerned entity at the place and time specified herein ahead of the pre-tendering meeting.  All the documents should be submitted on a CD except the text of the offer and the bid bond which should be submitted in a hard copy.  The certificate of observance of the national manpower employment rate issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, valid for one year, should be submitted with the offer.  This announcement is an invitation to the tenderers to attend the envelopes opening session. Companies that wish to attend should coordinate with the Offers Opening Section in advance and should bring the following documents: - A copy of the civil card - A copy of the signature accreditation - If a person other that the accredited signatory wishes to attend, he should submit an authorization in writing to attend.
