- The purpose of this public market is the maintenance of automatic doors and mechanical curtains of the building seat of Constructys (75010 Paris) and the PACAC Regional Directorate (Marseille).
The consultation is initiated in the form of an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions ofL.2123-1-2 , R.2123-1-3 , R2123-2 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-7 of the public procurement code.
This is a framework agreement fixing all the contractual and executed stipulations as the order is issued (articles L.2125-1 1 , R.2162-1 , R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of theCode of public procurement).
This framework agreement is mono-attribute.
In accordance with article article R.2162-4 2 of the public procurement code, it is concluded without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 30,000 Euro (s) HT for its total duration (renewals included).
This marketpublic is concluded from its date of notification for a period of twelve months.
Maintenance services for the Marseille site will actually start from the date of notification of the market.
On the other hand, for the seat of Constructys, the services will not actually startthat from November 1, 2025, insofar as Constructys has a maintenance contract, the due date of which is October 31, 2025.
At the end of this first contractual period, the public market is tacitly renewable a year per new period of 12 months.
