- The purpose of this public market is the maintenance of fire safety systems and fire extinguishers and providing associated equipment for all Metropolitan sites in Constructys.
The consultation is initiated in the form of an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisionsArticles L.2123-1-2 , R.2123-1-3 , R2123-2 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-7 of the public procurement code.
This is a mixed mono-attribute framework agreement. R.2162-1at R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code).
The services concluded on the basis of purchase orders concern:
-The preventive maintenance of the premises already identified,
-The repair and replacement of spare parts whose unit price is higher than the threshold defined thresholdAt the CCTP for each type of equipment, as well as the labor schedules and associated travel costs,
-The additional services.
The services concluded on the basis of subsequent markets concern:
-The preventive maintenance of premises which would be integrated into the agreementDuring the execution of the latter (new premises or premises identified in Annex 2 of the CCTP but whose inventory of equipment has not been carried out to date.
