- The purpose of this market is to maintain municipal buildings. It consists of two separate legal lots, treaties in separate markets, broken down as follows: lot 1: "Maintenance and cleaning of various communal buildings and places of local events" The service concerns theRegular and/or punctual cleaning of premises, with the exception of the windows and premises concerned by lot n 2. The list of regularly cleaned premises and the description of the services are fixed at the DPGF. The occasional services are described in the BPU. Lot 2: "Landing premises, offices, zonesRestoration and catering rooms The service concerns the cleaning of doors and contact points, interior windows, walls, partitions, floors and ceilings in: - School and leisure establishments, - the municipal staff restaurant, - the leisure centerDu Petit Robespierre, - Early childhood municipal structures. As an indication, an annex, presenting the buildings of the city which can be the subject of the services below, is attached to theCCP.
