INTERNATIONAL SHORE CONNECTION, BRASS, SHIP SIDE Item Description: INTERNATIONAL SHORE CONNECTION-SHIP SIDE (U-TYPE) complete with BOX and the following items. 1. 8 pcs. washers 2. 4 pcs. hexagon brass nut 3. 4 pcs. hex. Head bolts 4. 1 pc. Washer 5. 1 pc. Fiber gasket SPECIFICATIONS: A. BOX: β’ The box shall be designed in the tough marine environment The box shall be made glass fiber polyester and flame rctardant. The box shall have a door can be open both the right and left direction. The box shall have stainless steel lock, hinges and safety sign. B. SHORE COUPLING: The connection shall be made up of brass ΠΎΡ other suitable material The connection shall be designed for min of 1.0 N/mm2 pressure. β’ The flange shall have a flat surface on one side and another side and shall be permanently connected or attached to a coupling. The Dimensions of International Shore Coupling shall be as per the following; (refer nlso to the attached drawing) Outside Diameter (OD): 178mm β’ Inside Diameter (ID): 64mm Boll Circle Diameter (PCD): 132mm Slots in Flange: 4 holes 19mm in diameter * Flange Thickness; 14.5mm minimum β’ Bolts & Nuts: 4, each of 16mm diameter, 50mm in length
