- This consultation concerns the supply of meals in assembly (with technical assistance) for the benefit of public colleges of the department concerned by this production method. It is carried out in the form of an open tender procedure market (article R2124-2 1 -Code of the orderpublic). The ordering framework agreement will be concluded for a period of one year from August 25, 2025 or its notification if it is after that date, tacitly renewable three times a year, without its total duration being able to exceed four years. This framework agreementwith an order form is concluded without an annual minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 2,700,000 euros (s) excl. No negotiations are provided for within the framework of thisprocedure
