- The purpose of this consultation is the manufacture and delivery of meals for the Paul Bert accommodation center and the Voltaire social restaurant. The present consultation has passed according to an adapted procedure open with the possibility of negotiation freely defined by the buyer, inApplication of articles L. 2113-13, R 2113-7 and R 2123-1-2 of the public procurement code (known as "small lot"). This is a market reserved for integration structures by the economic activity mentioned in article L. 5132-4 of the labor code and equivalent structures, when theyemploy a minimum proportion, set by regulation, of disadvantaged workers.
