FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 3,052 COMBAT LIFESAVER KITS
1.The Philippine Army, through Advice of Sub-Allotment Nr 2200-2025-0082 dated 23 January 2025 with Fund Source RA 111975- (Continuing) MOOE valid until 31 December 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixteen Million Six Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos (Php116,647,440.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for MED PABAC1 007-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP), which date shall not be later than seven (7) days from the issuance of NTP.
