• Tenders are invited for Mobile Application Managed Services Offering Date : 8.01.2023 Closing Date : 19.02.2023 Bid Bond : KD 600/-  Brief of Tender Works: Provide Development and Support Services for PIC Mobile Application  This tender is limited and indivisible tender and it is conducted in one stage with two technical and financial proposals to be submitted in two separate envelopes including the financial guarantee.  This tender with qualification conditions:  Include the following in your Proposal response Team CVs  Recent Projects including client name year of launching the app, app name app brief Description and the OS  Client reference (Company name contact details title of Concerned person)  A pre-tender meeting shall be held at 10.00 am on Monday 23.1.2023 through Virtual meeting. ● The tender closing date shall be at 1.00 p.m. on Sunday 19.2.2023, provided that the offers shall be sent to the following email address (ipc-sc@pic.com.kw), no email nor CC will be accepted which sent to other entity but the above email and the offer will be considered cancelled, and the offer shall be valid for 90 days from the date of opening the envelops. Any offer to be submitted after this date will not be accepted. ● The Closing date for submitting any queries, reservations or claims regarding this bidding shall be on 25.1.2023 and such claims will not be considered for whatever reason after the prescribed date. ● The desirous company must be registered with PIC and KNPC. ● The company classified as small or medium project and desirous to participate in this bidding shall submit the registration of National Fund for Development of the Small & Medium Projects. The following to be submitted with the bid 1. Bid Bond in the form of certified check or letter of guarantee issued by certified bank in Kuwait in the name of the bidder and in favor of PIC in a sum of KD 600/-. 2. Copy of Signatory Authority (Letter authorizing the authorized signatory). 3. Certificate to whom it may concern issued by PACI and 4. Certificate of compliance with the National Manpower Percentage for nongovernmental parties - valid for one year with submitting the offer. 5. Recent Copy of company memorandum of Association & Commercial License issued by Ministry of Commerce and Industry. 6. Copy of Registration Receipt at CAPT and copy of registration certificate with Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 7.
