- To: All Interested Parties RE: Request for Qualifications for Municipal Financial Software Solution The City of Centralia is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced and qualified vendors for a comprehensive municipal financial software system. The selected vendor will provide a fully integrated solution that supports the City's core financial operations and has the potential to streamline permitting, project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and utility billing. This RFQ process is intended to pre-qualify vendors. Based on submitted qualifications, the City will select finalists to participate in product demonstrations. Following demonstrations, the City may request formal pricing proposals from one or more vendors. Electronic submissions will be accepted. All electronic submissions must be titled, “Municipal Financial Software Solution RFQ - Bid Attached”. Submit one (1) electronic copy of the Statement of Qualifications (PDF format preferred) by email to: Marilyn Dick City Clerk marilyn@centraliamo.gov Hard copy submissions must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled " Municipal Financial Software Solution RFQ" and delivered to: City of Centralia 114 S Rollins St. Centralia, MO 65240 Attn: Marilyn Dick, City Clerk Submissions must be received by 10:00 AM CST on May 28, 2025.
