- The construction project is the construction of a new dormitory for 24 people with disabilities with corresponding residents' rooms for three residential groups, generally serving rooms and staff rooms. The residential institution of Lebenshilfe Ostallgau e.V. is a facility in the sense of the relevant BThe social code (SGB) IX, for adults, who are dependent on a community living situation because of their disability, i.e. the integration assistance for people with disabilities requires a two -storey building with partial basement. The buildingis to be created in solid construction (masonry and reinforced concrete) with a green flat roof, photovoltaic system and suggested, ventilated wooden facade. The almost square building with all-sided orientation receives an internal atrium.a. 1000 m2 facade area;
