- A 6 -group daycare center (one and two -storey, not lower cellars) for a total of 150 children is to be built on the Palatzweg 2 in Beldersheim. The entire building is planned as a wooden structure with green roof.Walls in dry construction. The false ceiling is trained as a board stacking ceiling, as is the roofing ceiling. The base plate with a 30 cm base is made of reinforced concrete. A frost apron can be dispensed with by means of sufficiently high and drained layer of gravel. The arbor, a galvanized- Steel construction, is left behind by the roofing ceiling and is also attached to the false ceiling. An intensive room and a separate sanitary area are assigned to each group room. Access to the upper floor takes place via a central staircase. A platform lift ensures the barrier -freeAccess.
