- The acquisition is the monitoring system of the South Karelia Welfare Strategy and Goals.
The system must be SaaS-based.
The acquisition includes software service, system implementation, software access and supplier's overall responsibility for software support, maintenance, maintenance,and operating services.
The contracting entity does not commit to volume purchases. Services are purchased as needed. The agreement containsAn option that is valid indefinitely (however, so that the purchase can be competed every 5-8 years). The use of the option will be announced separately.
The aim is that the system deployment project will start on August 1, 2025 and the software is ready for the introduction of staff on 24.10.2025.2025.
