Description : INVITATION TO BID ON THE ONE (1) LOT UPGRADING OF AUTOMOTIVE LABORATORY
(ACQUISITION OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE COMPUTERS) WITH IDENTIFICATION NUMBER GS-P23-2025-05-19
1. The Bukidnon State University, through the FY 2025 (Fund 05-IGI Main), Budget Approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 2,700,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Upgrading of Automotive Laboratory (Acquisition of High-Performance Computers) with identification number GS-P23-2025-05-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bukidnon State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required by Sixty Calendar Days (60CD). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years (May 19,2023- May 19,2025) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
