- This market enters the circular of August 3, 2010 relating to the methods of using interim in the public service. The market has passed into a suitable procedure with the possibility of negotiations in accordance with the provisions of article L2123-1 of the public procurement code. This is an agreementMonoattribute framework which runs by emission of purchase orders. The market is made up of 4 lots. The lots do not have a minimum but have a maximum. The duration of the market is one year firm. The forecast date for starting the framework agreement is September 1, 2025. Please note,All lots are reserved for SIAEs.
