Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PIPELINE EXPANSION AT MARIETTA VILLAGE (SEGMENT 1), STO. NINO AND CAL VILLAGE (SEGMENT 2)
1. The Davao City Water District (DCWD), through the DCWD 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php21,320,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PIPELINE EXPANSION AT MARIETTA VILLAGE (SEGMENT 1), STO. NINO AND CAL VILLAGE (SEGMENT 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DCWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (The details of the contract duration are contained in Section V. Special Condition od Contract, SCC Clause 2 of the Bidding Documents). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
