Quotation are invited for Portable Eye Wash Station. Issue Date: 24-Jul-2023 Due Date: 13-Aug-2023 Due Time: 13:00 SUPP, Portable Eye Wash Station Eye Wash Station provide quick and easy access to eye wash for emergencies • (2) bottles X 500 ml • Pre station/ Box 1. The Eye Wash Station include sterile, irrigating solution like (A Benzalkonium chloride-free formula) or other for flushing or wash the eyes. 2. Help prevent infection & pain caused by chemical burn also remove metals and minerals. 3. Two Pre-installed 500 ml bottles with unique "Eye-Opener" which eliminates the risk of contaminants into eye &reduce the reaction time in emergencies. 4. Two sterile eye pad dressing. 5. Application Mirror installed in the station is preferred 6. Manage to restore/maintain pH level in ocular fluids. 7. Slim one -handed bottle, allows for easy application for eyewash. 8. Long shelf life more than 2 years preferred. 9. the eye wash-station-should-be wall mounted10. To have clear label directions. 11.
