Preparation and development of a computer application for the creation and management of the Security Registry of DamRecord of dams and reservoirs, through a homogeneous database for all data sources that are nourished; that is equipped with a viewfinder that allows you to consult the data that are open for citizens and have a sanctioning module to manage thefiles of those breaches that set the current regulations and that the holders have not documented in a timely manner according to the legislative prescriptions, as well as all the procedures that are initiated from the electronic headquarters of the Ministry.
