Description : Section I. Invitation to Bid
1. The PhilHealth Regional Office (PRO) V, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget of PRO V, intends to apply the total sum of One Million Five Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos only (₱1,536,925.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to pay the obligations under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot for the Supply and Delivery of Food and Other Items for the Conduct of Konsulta Caravan Activities in the Province of Albay (PBPROV-2025-07-GS).
2. The PhilHealth Regional Office V now invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to bid for the above-mentioned Procurement Project.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Delivery of goods is required at the different sites/location of the activity on the date, time and quantity indicated in items 1 & 2 of the technical specifications and of Notice to Proceed.
