Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF BIOFERTILIZER UNDER RICE PROGRAM
1. The Department of Agriculture-Caraga through the RICE GAA 2025 intend to apply the sum of the following being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Biofertilizer with P.R. No. C16 2025-04-073. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Caraga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required on June and November, 2025 or upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
