1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 41 series of 2024, dated 20 December 2024 (GF/Regular) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php2,662,900.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-04-22-25-01: Procurement of ICT Equipment (HD Video Switcher, et al) for the Use of Various PGNS Offices (PVGO, OSSP) and Hospitals (NSPH, GBTanMH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
