Procurement Plan for Procurement , Implementation and Configuration of the Integrated Health, Safety & Environment Enterprise System The COMPANY wishes to acquire an Integrated & Unified HSE Solution from a qualified and competent HSE System Integrators covering the following functions based on international standards and best practices: 1. Enterprise Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) System a. Environmental Information Management System - (EIMS) b. Health Information Management System (HIMS) c. Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene 2. Process Safety Management (PSM) system 3. Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Solution Some of the HSE sub-modules are currently exist as part of IBM Maximo HSE Manager system, so its required to integrated with provided solution As for the proposed solutions, it is required for the system integrator to procure and implement Enablon or Cority for EIMS , PSM, HIMS and OH&IH, whereas Hexagon OnCall for CAD & Emergency Center System. Also, it is required for the SI to procure, implement and integrate a GIS system with the HSE, PSM & CAD solutions when needed
