Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR
USE OF GARCIA MEMORIAL PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, TALIBON, BOHOL
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN PESOS AND 60/100 ONLY WITH
AN ABC AMOUNT P 1,272,317.60 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR
USE OF GARCIA MEMORIAL PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, TALIBON, BOHOL with
Procurement Reference No. 2025-000152 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
