- For the implementation of the Bavarian Climate Protection Act (BayKlimag), it is the task of the Bavarian State Office for the Environment (LFU) Certificates (emission reduction credits) for the annual compensationto procure the state government. These are now also intended to include regional CO2 certificates (emission reduction credits) with a gradual proportion. The technical focus on the projects from which the credits are supposed to come is in the natural -based area with the focusOn emission reduction through moor soil recruitment. It is also possible to submit credits from other projects. The projects must be implemented in Bavaria. The regional compensation projects in the sense of BayKlimag are subject to strict quality requirements (Bayern standard).
There is a total of 9,000 certificates, divided into four quantity -free for 1,500 certificates with service provision in 2025 (lot 1), 2,000 certificates with service provision in 2026 (lot), 2,500 certificates with service provision in 2027 (lot 3) and 3,000 certificates with performance provisionin 2028 (lot 4).
