Description : Section I. Invitation to Bid
1. The PhilHealth Regional Office (PRO) V, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget of PRO V, intends to apply the total sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand pesos only (₱1,500,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to pay the obligations under the contract for the Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of 1 Lot of Printing Machine (PBPROV-2025-05-GS).
2. The PhilHealth Regional Office V now invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to bid for the above-mentioned Procurement Project.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Delivery and installation of goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years (June 2, 2023 - June 1, 2025) prior to the deadline date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
