- In the course of the transfer of the new public service mandate (OeDA) within the meaning of Art. 3 Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 on June 1st, 2026 by the Potsdam-Mittelmark district for the next 10 years to Regiobus Potsdam Mittelmark GmbH, parts of the traffic performance of the untriedPublic public transport are awarded to subcontractors. The performance is divided into 12 lots and advertised in this two -stage procedure (negotiation procedure with prior participation competition).Line reverses in accordance with ยง 42 PBefG in the Potsdam region. At the current status it can be assumed that a maximum of three power buses in vehicle class 1 in accordance with EU directive 2001/85/EC must be used.
