1. The Tondo Medical Center (TMC) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4,600,000.00)) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Treatment, Transport, Storage, and Disposal (TSD) Facility Operation of Hazardous Health Care Waste Described Under R.A. 6969 for 2025 - 2026 under IB No.2025-091. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The TMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of Requirements.
