The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the HFEP 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php 4,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Ultrasound Machine, IB No. SB-2025-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
