Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS INORGANIC FERTILIZER UNDER CORN PROGRAM
1. The Department of Agriculture-Caraga through the CORN GAA 2025 intend to apply the sum of Thirty-Eight Thousand Pesos (₱38,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Inorganic Fertilizer for Corn under P.R. No. C8/A53 2024-11-169. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture-Caraga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
