- This restructuring consists of:
- Full restructuring of existing buildings (except workshop building) including accommodation integrated into college;
- Construction of a building to make the establishment more functional, this building will aim for a level of performance re2020;
- The renovationThermal of existing buildings to reach the objective of the tertiary decree by 2050 (CEP cep ref- 60%.);
- The asbestos removal of the whole establishment;
- The vegetation and designing of the courts of the courtyard;
- The landscaping and the landscaping of the outdoor spaces(Securing flows, parking access, resumption of fences);
- demolition and reconstruction of the courtyard and bicycle shelters;
- Installation of photovoltaic panels (study to the phase APD and optional tranche from the pro phase).
The restructuring will be done in occupied site (installationmodular during the period of the work to be expected).
Certain work can only take place in period of school holidays.
The reception of the works will be implemented for the start of the school year in September 2030.
The operation will also integrate a minimum rate of biosourced materialscorresponding to the 1st level of the bio -based building label and a clean site charter with a valuation (re -use) of 70% of mass waste, this concerns only the new part (extension of the building).
