- This tender competition covers the provision of Project Management Services for construction related projects undertaken by ETBs. Each successful tenderer for lots 1 to 16 B -18 Lots in all -will conclude with a Service Contract and a Confidentiality Agreement with the individual ETB. In their TRDs, tenderers are required to identify and commit resources for a notional number of days for the four levels of Project management expertise identified. ETBs reserve the right to drawdown any number of days-(less or more than the notional number- and-or choose the level(s) at which PM services are to be delivered, based on the successful tender-s day rates.
