1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through Continuing Appropriation CY 2022, Non-Office: Economic Services Sector - Projevt Lunhaw: Building Climate Resiliency for CDO Year 1 - Capital Outlay: Building and Structure Outlay (Phase 1), intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Twelve and 09/100 (PHP9,783,012.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Dry Deck Fountain, El Pueblo El Heroes, Divisoria; SN 68 - 2025.
