Tenders are invited for Provision & Maintenance of Citrix Software, Hardware Leasing and Specialized Personnel Services. Date of Announcement in (Kuwait AL-Youm) & KOC e-Business portal" 27th Mar 2022 Last Date for Submission of applications for participation in tender (*): 25th Apr 2022 Tentative Date of Issue of Tender: 26th Apr 2022 This tender aims to provide Maintenance of Citrix Software, Hardware Leasing, Software Subscription and related support for the full KOC environment. The contract includes but is not limited to: · Supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of Citrix Netscaler hardware on lease basis inclusive of: 1. Citrix NetScaler SFP+ 10 Gigabit Ethernet Short Range (300m) - Single - 10 Nos. 2. Citrix NetScaler SFP Gigabit Ethernet Copper (100m)- 4 Pack · Provision of new Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Premium Subscription based software licenses, which shall include software supply, maintenance and support services. · Provision of maintenance and support Services for Citrix XenDesktop Platinum Edition and Xenmobile Enterprise Edition software licenses currently existing with the Company. · Provision of On-Site Personnel. · Provision of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates issued in the name of the Company including implementation and maintenance as and when requested by the Company. · Provision of Citrix professional Services for the Software and Hardware implementation. · Provision of Citrix Netscaler Application Delivery Management Subscription Services.
