- 1 Ludwika Rydygiera in Krakow sp.z o.o., along with performing additional activities, including supplies with hygiene and transportinternal, as described and the requirements contained in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1a to the specification.
2. Offers not having the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
3. Other terms of the contract are set out in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3A toSpecifications.
4. In order to provide services covered by the contract in question, the Contractor may hire from the Employer the rooms referred to in point 8 of the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1a to SWZ, under the terms of the lease agreement specified in the project constituting Annex 3b to the specification.The contractor will specify in the offer form the will to conclude a lease agreement from the contracting authority of the abovementioned rooms.
5. The cleaning service monitoring card is Annex 2A to the draft contract constituting Annex 3A to the specification.
6. On the basis of art. 131 para. 2 points 1 of the PZP Act, the contracting authority recommends thatThe contractor has made a preliminary local vision of the services of services in Makow Podhalański to obtain information that may be necessary to prepare an appropriate offer to conclude a public procurement contract and perform this contract.
