- The service provider must: - Ensure weekly collection in C1 for ten schools and C2 for seventeen food waste schools produced in canteens; - Provide, install, maintain and replace the adapted collection bins as part of a rental / maintenance contract; -Perform a qualitative and quantitative monitoring of collected bio -waste; - guarantee the traceability of the quality of the sorting carried out in the establishments; - Provide, install and maintain the necessary signage (pictograms, posters, sorting instructions) in canteens and provide trainingContinue to staff and students to guarantee good sorting practices of bio -waste and therefore the good quality of the flow collected. - carry out the treatment of collected bio -waste, whether by composting or by anaerobic digestion, within a structure embellished in particular for treatmentClase 3 animal by-products (SPAN C3)
