- 1) The subject of the contract is the delivery (sale) of 27 passenger cars with 4x4 drive from the pickup segment
2) The detailed determination of the subject of the contract is in part II SWZ and part IV SWZ.
3) in accordance with art. 101 para. 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows the equivalent solutions described in SWZthe help of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than cited.
In accordance with art. 5 of the Act, the contractor who refers toSolutions equivalent to described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
