PURCHASE OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES
1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the
sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS
(PhP293,540.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF
MEDICAL SUPPLIES / NJQ-GOODS-05-2025-025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the following lot.
