Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE TECHNICAL CONSULTING SERVICES (Hiring of Technical Expert on Journal Publications and University Rankings)
(RE-ADVERTISEMENT)
1. The Cebu Normal University, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 25-02-038. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Cebu Normal University now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Hiring of a Technical Expert on Journal Publications and University Rankings. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before April 8, 2025 9:00 A.M. at CNU BAC Office, 3rd Floor, TAC Building, Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
