- The contract includes the rebuilding of the client's head office, which includes an internal total renovation and redevelopment of existing office building with associated bi -spaces.
The main purpose of the project "Rebuilding HK" is a renovation and modernization of the client's premises foron an office environment that is perceived as inspiring and creates well -being among the staff. Existing building is built around 1980 and needs to be completely renovated with a new floor plan to meet the needs of the business.
During construction, the staff will have workplaces in sheds in the area. No business kommer remain in the house during construction period.
