- The Zollverein Foundation intends to commission an interdisciplinary working community for the object planning in accordance with Section 43 HOAI (performance image engineering structures) as well as for structural engineering in accordance with Section 51 HOAI (performance image structure planning) for securing and renovating the ventilator coolerC95 and C96 on the site of the former Zollverein Kokerei in Essen. Services are required according to the performance profile for the object planning engineering works according to Appendix 12 for § 43 HOAI and services for structural engineering according to the performance profile according to Appendix 14 to § 51 HOAI. The scope of servicescomprises all the necessary basic services and special services of performance phases 1 to 9.
