- Tenders are invited for Regarding the Registration of Takaful Insurance Companies for the Properties of the General Secretariat of Awqaf. The General Secretariat of Awqaf announces the opening of registration for a period of five working days from the date of publication of the announcement for companies specializing in Takaful insurance in preparation for issuing a tender for the real estate insurance contract of the General Secretariat of Awqaf according to the following conditions: 1- It must be a Kuwaiti company specializing in Takaful insurance, registered in the commercial register, approved by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait (Insurance Unit), and approved by the Central Tenders Agency. It may be a foreigner, provided that he has a Kuwaiti partner or agent under an official contract in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the State of Kuwait. It must be registered in the supplier company classification lists of the Central Tenders Agency in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 37/64 for public tenders. 2- The company must have previous experience in insuring investment and commercial real estate.
