Description : 1. The Partido Development Administration, through the Corporate Operating Budget of 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos Only (P 1,529,735.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Stream Crossing Pipe at Abucayan, Goa, Camarines Sur/PDA-PWSS 2025-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Partido Development Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within fifty-five (55) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
