Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND INVENTORY OF GRADUATED NGP SITES CYs 2011-2021 WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF PENR ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The DENR-PENRO Oriental Mindoro, through the General Appropriations Act CY 2025 allocated budget intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,240,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Assessment and Inventory of Graduated NGP Sites. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The DENR-PENRO Oriental Mindoro now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Assessment and Inventory of Graduated NGP Sites for CYs 2011-2021 within the jurisdiction of PENRO Oriental Mindoro covering 800 hectares sample plots. To determine the current stocking density under NGP graduated plantations as well as existing trees, samplings and at least one meter regenerants.
