• Tenders are invited for Renewal of Existing Remote Terminal Units for Existing Power Stations & Substations. fee: KD 5000.00. Bid bond value: 15000 K.D valid for (90) days. The public tender documents will be published on CAPT's website, for review prior to purchasing. Once the tender document fees been paid refund is not acceptable unless the tender is canceled in accordance with the provisions of Article (55) of the Public Tenders Law and its amendments. - Closing date for submitting bids is no later than (1:00) PM of the tender announcement date. - Bidders wishing to participate in this tender must abide by the CAPT's instructions published on the CAPT's website www.capt.gov.kw - Bids must be submitted on a compact disc (CD/ DVD) with (5) non-modifiable copies, with an exception to the form of tenders and the bid bond to be submitted as hard copies. - Divisible . - Tenders documents fees must be paid by certified cheque or Knet card. - Inquiries and clarifications by bidders who paid the tender documents fees must be provided to the relevant public authority at the time and place specified above with a schedule for the pre-tender meeting (inquiry session), any inquiries or clarifications submitted directly to the CAPT will not be consider. - A valid certificate of national manpower quota issued by the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted with the bid, and a 'To Whom It may concern certificate' stating no hold applicable on the bidder file. - Owners of small and medium enterprises must be present a valid support documents issued by the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises prior to the settlement of the tender documents fees and to be submitted with their bids. - This announcement is considered as an invitation to bidders to attend the bids 40 envelops opening session after prior coordination with the CAPT before the designated date presenting the following documents: - Copy of the civil ID. - A copy of the signature approval form issued by of the Central Agency for Public Tenders. Letter to be signed by the authorize individual at Central Agency for Public Tenders to attend the session. - This announcement is considered to be a part of the public tender documents.
