Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF BJMP-NHQ BUILDING REBID
CW-2025-001
1. The BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY - NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS (BJMP-NHQ), through the GENERAL
APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of
SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND TWENTY-
EIGHT PESOS AND 74/100 (PHP 6,233,028.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BJMP REFERENCE NO. CW-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BJMP-NHQ now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar days starting from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
