FOR
REPAIR/REHABILITATION OF PAGASA TRANSIENT BUILDING - RE BID
1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Pesos and 90/100 (Php4,999,993.90) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the “Repair/Rehabilitation of PAGASA Transient Building”, PR 2025-02-0099 || IB 2025-16 INF R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is Two Hundred Seventy-Five (275) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
