The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Saratoga National Historical Park in Stillwater, New York. Work will consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment as required to design and construct a new septic system for the visitor center at Saratoga National Historical Park. A detailed Statement of Work will be provided with final solicitation documents.SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P4325R0020. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued on or about 05/20/2025 and will be posted to the U.S. government's website for contracting opportunities at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities.The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $500,000.TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Federal Construction Wage Rates for Saratoga County, New York will apply. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238910 Site Preparation Contractor, and the size standard is $19.0 million. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation.
