RESTORATION OF SPPF CIS (CY 2024 PROJECT REMAINING WORKS)

1. The NIA-Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND EIGHTEEN PESOS & 27/100 ONLY (₱ 950,018.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025-OCCI-SPPFCIS(CY2024POW)-950K-033. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA-Occidental Mindoro Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the Construction of 75 meters canal lining for Sablayan Prison and Penal Farm CIS at Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro. Completion of the Works is required one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
