- BOQ Item Description: Supply of Reusable insulation mat filled with special high temperaturebinder less fibre,covered from all sides with a special high temperatureand tear resistant composite cover material duly sealed with a hightemperature withstanding self-adhesive tape. The insulation should beresistant to 425 degree C temperature without cracking or separation oflayers and should be easy to install and remove. Composite cover materialshall have weather resistance of 1000 hrs min, thermal conductivity -Not More Than 0.09 W slash m K at 400 degree C. Insulation Property Deg C ofthe finished pad should be 70 degree C Maximum temperature Temperatureof cold face, when the hot face temperature is 425 degree C using twolayers.
