Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Revalidation of Process Hazard Analysis Studies for Gathering Centers and Booster Stations. The Company intends to carry out Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Studies for 25 Nos. Gathering Centers and Gas Handling Facilities in different Areas in accordance with Company-s Process Safety Management Manual, which requires to establish a Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) process at the interval of every five years. The Consultant-s scope of Services is to carry out revalidation of Process Hazard Analysis in Company-s Gathering Centers in East, South & West Kuwait Areas and Booster Stations, (total 25 nos. of Facilities) and in summary includes the following: · Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies (HAZOP, SIL & QRA). · To identify potential hazardous events, including Major Accident Risks (MARs) from the process and determine weaknesses in the associated safeguards. · To identify deficiencies in the current process design and operating standards, together with the necessary risk reduction measures. · To identify and evaluate the risk reduction effectiveness of specific risk reduction measures which are to be proposed by the Consultant.
